Where we ship
We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently ship internationally.
Costs
Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, whatever it contains, shown in your cart before checkout. An order ships free when it contains:
- a formula pack of 2 or more bottles, or
- 3 bags, boxes or tubes of any one coffee.
Everyday goods (drinkware, coffee gear, caps, totes, candles, journals) ride free in any free-shipping order. Printed items are made to order and may take 2–5 extra business days.
Timing
Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact [[SUPPORT_EMAIL]] and we will send a replacement or a refund.
Address errors
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering to correct it; once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot redirect it.
